Estimate Lists: Procedure Description List


A list where certain procedures can be described. Admin notes can be linked to the procedures codes and can be added to estimate invoices  

  • Sign in to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
  • From the Navigator Double Click on the MedDebs Module 

  • The main MedDebs screen will open


  • From the Menu Bar click on Lists


  • From the drop-down list, Click on Estimate Lists 
  • Another drop-down list will open, Click on Procedure Description List 



  • The Procedure description screen will open that will show the list of the appointment descriptions currently on the system
Search 
  • It is possible to search by typing your search in the Keyword/Code search field 
  • Click on Find (F5/Enter) button 


Add New Description 

  • Click on the + button to add a new description to the list 


  • It is possible to add a Short note in the text field
  • Type a description in the English Description Field  
  • Type a description in the Afrikaans Description Field  



  • Click on the green check button when done and satisfied with what has been done 


  • Click on the red cross button to cancel and not save the item 



Delete

  • Select an Item to delete an entry 
  • Click on the - button to delete an entry from the list  


  • A Confirm pop-up will appear to confirm whether to delete the record
  • Click on Ok to confirm or Cancel to cancel the request 


  • In the side panel, it is possible to add Default notes linked to this procedure 


  • Click on the Add New Admin Note button to open the Administrative notes screen   


  • Click on Exit to close the Administrative notes screen and return to the Procedure description screen  

  • When done and satisfied with what has been done, Click on Exit to close the screen and return to the Main MedDebs screen
