Billing to Debt Management (Desktop App)

To Change the Status of an Episode Number, an Episode Series must first be generated.

• Sign in to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
• From the Navigator Double Click on the MedDebs Module 

• The Main MedDebs page will open. 

• From the Menu Bar, Click on Episode Numbers. 
• Click on List of Episode series from the drop-down. 

• The List screen will open to show a List of all Episode Series. 
• Select the Episode Series from the list. 

• Select the Episode Series from the list. 

• Click on Ok after a selection has been made.

• The Episode numbers screen will open.
• Episode Number: Enter the episode number that status needs to be changed.  
• Reason for Change: Enter the reason why the episode numbers status will be changed. 

• As soon as the episode number is entered, the Status options will appear. 
•  Select a status to change the episode to from the options available 

• Click on Change Status (F2) to change the status of the episode 

• An Information pop-up will appear to ask whether the user is sure if the status should change. 
• Click on Yes to confirm. 
• Click on No to cancel.

• The screen will close and if the episode number is re-entered the user will be able to see the current status as it was changed to.

• Click on Done when finished with changing the episode statuss'. This will close the screen and direct back to the main MedDebs page.
