Invoice an Estimate

After an estimate has been saved, you can invoice the saved estimate.  

To Invoice an Estimate

  • Do a normal invoice for the patient
  • Click on Invoice Estimate/ Bill Estimate


  • Select the Case 
  • Click on View Estimate (Procedure)


The following screen displays

  • Tick the relevant tick boxes under the Selected column
  • Right click next to the tick boxes under the Selected column and choose Procedure: Check All
  • Click on the Import Selected Items (F2) button



  • All the items selected will now display on the normal invoice screen
  • Click on Post Visit (F2)
