Print TAX Invoice with Lab Numbers
A tax invoice is a legal document that a Practice supply to a patient or company (if the company settles the patient's account) in which the tax is shown (Depends if the practice is VAT registered or not). The patients or an insurance company
may ask for an invoice to submit to SARS, or for payments to be made instead of the usual statements that are provided.
Printing a Tax Invoice:
- Log in to the GoodX Desktop App using your username and password.
- Double click on the MedDebs module.

- From the toolbar, click on the Admittance button.

- The Main Member Input screen will appear.
- Search and select the correct Debtor.
- Click on the Account button or F9 on your keyboard.

- The Account Query screen will open. All the Account related details such as Invoices/Receipts/Journals/Credit Notes will display on this screen.

- Click on the Invoice that you want to print.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on the Reprint button to Print the specific Invoice.
- The Invoice print screen will open.

- In the top, left corner, click on Reports.

- From the sup menu, click on Invoice.

- The Consultation invoice screen will appear.

- Select the correct template.
- Click on the Edit button.

- The Report setup screen will appear.

- Click on the Style tab and tick Print Episode Numbers.

- Click on the Cancel button to exit without saving.

- Click on the Ok button to save the changes and to return to the invoice print screen.

- The Consultation invoice screen will appear, click on the Exit button.

- The Invoice screen will appear.

- At the bottom of the screen, tick the Invoices tickbox to print the invoice only.

- Click on the Print button.
- The Invoice will open on the screen.
- The user can print the invoice by clicking on the Printer symbol button.

- Click on the Close button when you are done.

- Click on the Ok button or F2 on your keyboard to exit the invoice screen.

- Click on the Close button to exit the Account Query screen.
- Click on the Exit button or F10 on your keyboard to exit the Main Member Input screen.
