Estimate Lists: Appointment Description List


An appointment description list is a list that can be created to explain the appointment and can be linked to the estimate.

  • Sign in to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
  • From the Navigator Double Click on the MedDebs Module 


  • You will be directed to the main MedDebs screen 


  • From the Menu Bar click on Lists


  • From the drop-down list, Click on Estimate Lists 
  • Another drop-down list will open, Click on Appointment Description list 


  • The Appointment description screen will open that will show the list of the appointment descriptions currently on the system
  • You are able to search by typing your search in the Keyword/Code search field 
  • Click on Find (F5/Enter) button 


  • Click on the + button to add a new description to the list 


  • You will be able to add a Short note in the text field
  • Type a description in the English Description Field  
  • Type a description in the Afrikaans Description Field  


  • Click on the green check button when you are done and satisfied with your item you 


  • Click on the red cross button if you do not want to save the item 


  • Select an Item if you want to delete an entry 
  • Click on the - button to delete an entry from the list  


  • Confirm whether you want to delete the record
  • Click on Ok to confirm or Cancel to cancel the request 


  • Click on Exit to close the screen and return to the Main MedDebs screen
