Setting up Estimates Templates

Estimates

  • Estimates can be invoiced from the Simple Invoice and Multi-invoice Capturing screens 
  • When invoicing, the Cases, Appointments, and Note fields can be entered manually or templates can be selected if set-up


To set-up Templates for Estimates

  • Click on Lists and choose Estimate Lists from the List





Estimate Lists - Procedure Description List (Case)


Different Cases can be added to the list

  • Click on the + to add a new Case. An example of a case is a Crown procedure or reconstruction procedure. It will be a description of the procedure.
  • Enter the Shortnote, English and Afrikaans descriptions
  • Click on the Correction tick
  • Repeat to add another Case
  • Click on Exit


Estimate Lists - Appointment Description List


Different Appointments can be added to the list

  • Click on the + to add a new Appointment
  • Enter the Shortnote, English and Afrikaans descriptions
  • Click on the Correction tick
  • Repeat to add another Appointment
  • Click on Exit



Estimate Lists - Estimate Notes


Different Notes can be added to the list

  • Click on the + to add a new Note
  • Enter the Shortnote, English and Afrikaans descriptions
  • Click on the Correction tick
  • Repeat to add another Note
  • Click on Exit
