Billing to Debt Management (Desktop App)

Opening balances: Patients: Import

• Log into the GoodX Desktop App with your username and password
• Double click on the MedDebs module

• Click on the Batch transactions tab

• From the drop-down, click on Opening balances: patients

• Choose the correct date and click on the OK button or F2 on your keyboard

• Click on the Import data button

• Click on the ellipse (...) to open the files to choose from

• Upload the Excel file that you created, click on the correct file and click open

• Complete all the information needed
• Click on the Process text file button

• Delimiter: It is normally a comma (,) or a dash (/)
• Data Heading Length: The total amount of columns of the first few rows of the excel spreadsheet
• Data Footer Length: The total amount of columns left at the bottom of the columns

• Click on the Close button
• Click on the OK button
• Click on the OK button (again)
