Save an Estimate

  • Estimates can be invoiced from the Simple Invoice and Multi-invoice Capturing screens 
  • When invoicing, the Cases, Appointments, and Note fields can be entered manually or templates can be selected if set-up (Click on the link to how to set up templates)

Creating an Estimate

This example is done from the Multi-Invoice screen.

  • Do a normal invoice for the Patient
  • Click on Save as Estimate


The Case detail screen will display

  • Enter the This Case description field under the Case Detail tab or click on Template to select the case from the list
  • In the Notes tab enter the Estimate Notes in the Free Text Note field or click on the drop-down box to select a Template
  • Select a Referring doctor if applicable 
  • Select a Referring doctor ICD-10 code if applicable
  • Click on Continue (F2)


The This appointment screen will display

  • Enter the This Appointment description field under the This Appointment tab or click on Template to select the appointment from the list
  • Second Doctor can be selected from the dropdown box
  • The Estimated time and tariff of the second doctor can be entered if applicable
  • Select the Service Centre from the drop-down box
  • Enter the Estimated time and tariff for Service Centre if applicable
  • Click on Continue (F2)
  • Exit the invoice screen 

The Estimate can now be viewed, printed or emailed from the patient clinical info.
