Billing to Debt Management (Desktop App)

To book Episode numbers or Change the Status of an Episode Number, an Episode series must first be generated.

• The contents of this User Manual will comprise of the following information:  
• New Episode Series 
• Edit Episode Series 
• Print

• Sign in to the GoodX Desktop using your GoodX username and password.
• From the Navigator Double Click on the MedDebs Module. 

• The Main MedDebs page will open. 

• From the Menu Bar, Click on Episode Numbers. 
• Click on List of Episode series from the drop-down. 

• The List screen will open.

New Episode Series 

• Click on the Add Code Button. 

• The Episode Numbers screen will open. 

• Fill in the relevant information in order to set up a new episode series. 
• Episode series description: A name that describes the list.
• Code: A unique code given to the episode series. 
• Goodxapi series id:
• Goodxapi type: 

• Click on Done when satisfied with the information that was entered.

• Click on Cancel to close the screen. 

• The new series will now be added to the list.

Edit Episode Series 

• Select the Episode Series that would like to be edited. 

• Click on the Edit  Code Button. 

• The Episode Numbers screen will open. 

• It is possible to change the following information:
• Episode Screen description
• Goodxapi series id 
• Goodxapi type

• The episode Status can be set to: 
• Active: Allows for an episode series to be used. 
• Inactive: When inactive an episode series can not be used. 

• Click on Done when satisfied with the changes made to save. 
• The screen will be directed to the main List screen.

Print 

• Click on the Print button to print the list. 

• The Specify Columns To Print screen will open. 
• Select the columns that would like to print by ticking the corresponding columns checkbox.

• Click on Next to continue. 
  

• A preview of the List of Episodes requested will appear on the screen.
  

• The following options will be available for the list :

• Email: Email the list. 
  

• Email Options: This allows the user to choose how the report is attached. 
• HTML: Send the email with an HTML link.  
• PDF: Attaches the report in a .pdf format to the email. 

• Print Preview: Preview how the list will look when a hard copy is printed. 
  

  

• Save: Save a digital copy to the computer. 
  

  

• Page Setup: Opens the page setup screen. 
  

  

• Print: Prints a hard copy to the Set-up printer.
  

  

• Close: Closes the screen and returns to the List screen. 
  

  

• Click on Cancel to close the List screen and return to the Main MedDebs page.
