Billing to Debt Management (Desktop App)

• To change the tariff amount for a certain tariff code go to: 
  

• MedDebs << Lists << Tariff Codes
  

• Search for the Medical Aid and click on Procedures

• Search for the tariff code and click on the Edit Button.

• Put the *fixed price tick on and change the amount at the red block in this picture below.

• If you want to update this price to all Medical Aids, click on Update all Price Lists and then OK. Choose the Medical Aids you want to copy it to and only tick the field values you want to copy over.

• PLEASE NOTE: That the amount of your tariff is still affected by the billing group, for instance, if the medical aid is linked to a billing group of 200%, that tariff amount will increase by 200%.
