Billing to Debt Management (Desktop App)

To cancel a arrange of Episodes, click on Episode Numbers on the menu bar and select Cancel range of appointments from the dropdown list

Select the Series with the numbers that should be cancelled and click on OK

Please note that only templates with "Issued / Not yet Received” status will be cancelled

Click on Continue

Click on OK on the message that displays
