How to Use the PDF Printover



Once the setup for a PDF Printover is complete, the form will automatically populate the information when loaded onto a Patient's Clinical Case. Using the PDF Printover when completing forms will save a lot of time and streamline the process of filling in documents for Patients. 

Please Note: Before the PDF Printover form can be used, templates will first need to be set up. For more information on how to set up the PDF Printover form, please refer to the user manual: PDF Printover Setup.

  • This user manual will start on the Diary screen.


  • Click on the Patient's booking.


  • The Diary sidebar will open.


  • Click on the Clinical button.


  • The Clinical Case screen will open.


  • Click on the Forms Library drop-down menu on the Clinical sidebar and Select the PDF Printover.


    • The PDF Printover screen will open.


    • Click on the PDF Printover drop-down menu to Select the correct PDF Form you would like to use, from the list of Templates that has become available.


    • The selected form will open with the fields already filled in with the relevant Patient information.


  • Click on the Email button to send the completed form to the desired recipients. For more information regarding how to send an Email, please refer to the user manual: Send an Email.



  • Click on the myGC button to send the form to the Patients' myGC profile. For more information regarding where to view the PDF, please refer to the user manual: How to View PDF Document using myGC.



  • Click on the Print button to Print a copy of the form.



  • Click on the Print drop-up menu to open more Print Options.


 
  • Click on the Download button to save the form to your computer.
