Physio Assessment
The main purpose of the Physio Assessment and re-assessment are critical in determining the correct physiotherapy treatment. They also determine whether a client requires a further medical evaluation from a physician (e.g. for a non-musculoskeletal problem or for a musculoskeletal problem that requires immediate medical attention). Accurate and complete assessments ensure systematic documentation of a patient's medical history, diagnosis, treatment and care.

- Physio Assessment: The physio will start with a detailed medical history to get all the information about your current issue. From here they will do a complete assessment to figure out what the issue is. They will then explain the findings of the assessment to you and answer any questions you have. This assessment allows the Physio to develop a specific treatment plan for you, this will be started in the first session and depending on the plan will include hands-on treatment.
- Cardiovascular Training: is an exercise that increases your muscular endurance by improving the performance of your lungs and heart so they can distribute oxygen to the muscles more efficiently.
- Resistance Training: is a form of exercise that improves muscular strength and endurance. During a resistance training workout, you move your limbs against resistance provided by your body weight, gravity, bands, weighted bars or dumbbells.
