Smart Stickers Screen: Navigate and Use
The Smart Stickers enable Practitioners to set up medical guidelines that describe a process to be followed, to investigate a particular set of findings in a Patient or the method which should be followed to control a certain disease.
Smart Sticker Protocols are used as treatment plans for specific conditions which will inform the Patient when to do certain tasks with regard to their condition.
Using Smart Stickers is beneficial in ensuring that the Patients' treatment is kept on track and managed in the most efficient way.

- This user manual will start on the Cash Register Management screen.
- Click on the Smart Stickers Setup tab.
- The Smart Stickers screen will open.
Protocols
A Protocol, also called a medical guideline, is a set of instructions that describe a process to be followed to investigate a particular set of findings in a patient or the method which should be followed to control a certain disease. Protocols need to be set up so that the Practitioner can follow the plan as indicated.
- Protocols that have already been set up will appear on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the Add button to add a new Protocol.
- A new Add Protocol screen will open.

Default
The states and timers that will be used automatically, every time the Protocol is added to a Patient.

State
The stage that the current Protocol is in at any given time when using the Smart Sticker process. A Protocol can only be in one state at a time. The state that the Protocol is in, will determine which actions will be completed while the Protocol is in a specific state. More than one state can be set up per Protocol, allowing the Practitioner to select the most suitable one for the Patients' treatment.
- Click on the Add State button to create a new State for the Protocol.
- A new State will be added to the Protocol.

- Click on the Close button to exit the Smart Stickers screen and return to the Cash Register Management screen.
- Click on the Save button to save any changes that have been made. The Smart Stickers screen will close and the user return to the Cash Register Management screen.
