Clinical Reports: Navigation and Use
Why Use This Function:
The Clinical Report Interface is essential in enhancing the management of medical information within the Practice. By consolidating access to Pathology Reports, Chronic Script Expiry alerts, and other vital features into a single, centralised screen, it reduces the need to switch between multiple sections, allowing for quicker decision-making and a smoother workflow. With sub-tabs such as Clinical Review, Pathology Report, Chronic Script Expiry, and Smart Sticker, it ensures that everything you need is accessible in one place. This streamlines follow-up processes, boosts communication, and ensures that the Practitioner can provide timely and accurate care to Patients, improving overall efficiency and Patient outcomes.

Clinical Review
The Clinical Review screen helps you monitor Admin and Clinical Workflow Events, offering insights into communication activity, treatment patterns, and Patient progress. This supports accurate reporting, improves decision-making, and helps the Practice track outcomes and refine processes—making it a valuable tool for ongoing care and operational improvement.- Click on the Clinical Review tab.

Pathology Report
The Pathology Clinical Report is important because it helps ensure timely and accurate communication between Practitioners and Patients. By offering a complete view of all pathology requests and results, it supports informed decision-making, effective treatment planning, and improved Patient care.- Click on the Pathology Report tab.

Chronic Script Expiry
A Patient requires a chronic script when diagnosed with a long-term, reoccurring illness that requires medication exceeding 6 months. Diabetes and asthma are only a few of the many chronic illnesses that require a chronic prescription. A Practitioner is able to follow up on a Patient's script and contact the Patient if the script may need to be renewed, as it has aged.- Click on the Chronic Script Expiry tab.

Smart Sticker
The Smart Sticker Report gives a clear view of which Patients have been assigned Smart Sticker Protocols. This helps track guideline-based care processes, ensuring that consistent methods are followed for diagnosis or disease management. It’s an important tool for maintaining clinical standards and improving treatment outcomes across the Practice.- Click on the Smart Sticker tab.
