Workflow Event Template Sidebar: Navigation and Use
Why Use This Function:
The Workflow Event Template Sidebar, located on the right-hand side of the Workflow Event Config screen, provides additional options and information for managing Workflow Event Templates. From this sidebar, you can disable forms no longer in use, set a default form, configure AI usage for a specific form, adjust the order of forms in your template list, and export form details. This functionality helps streamline workflow management and ensures efficient template organisation.

- Delete

- This user manual will start on the Workflow Event Templates screen.
- For more information on how to navigate to the screen, please refer to the user manual: Workflow Event Config: Navigation and Use.
- Click on the desired Workflow Event Template.
- The Workflow Event Template sidebar will open.
Delete
Allows you to disable the Workflows Events and Forms that are no longer in use.- Click on the Delete button to disable the selected workflow event.
- An Attention! pop-up will appear to ask if you are sure you want to disable the template.
- Click on the Ok button to proceed.

Set as default
Allows you to set the specific template as the default that will be used in the system if more than one of the same type of templates has been set up.- Click on the Set as Default button.
💡Please Note: The name of the Set as Default button will change to Unset as Default, which you can use to remove the Use by Default status if the need arises.
Set Group Order
Allows you to list your templates in the order that best suits your needs.- Click on the Set Group Order button.
- The Set Group Order screen will open.
- Click on the desired template to Drag and Drop it to change the order in which the templates will be listed.
- Click on the Ok button to save the changes that have been made to the sort order.
- A Notification will appear to advise that the new sort order has been saved.
Set up AI
Allows you to set up the default AI capabilities for Workflow Event Templates💡Please Note: Not all Workflow Event Templates have AI capabilities.
- Click on the Setup AI button.
- The Workflow Event Template screen will open.
- For more information on how to set up default AI capabilities for your templates, please refer to the user manual: How to Setup Default AI Capabilities for Workflow Event Templates.
Export
Allows you to save the template to the GoodX Cloud for later use on other entities without having to re-setup the entire template.💡Please Note: This feature is not available to all users due to access rights, and there is a possibility that this button will not be available on your sidebar.
