How to Use the Treatment History Panel

Why Use This Function:

The Treatment History panel provides a detailed record of a Patient’s past treatments, including when treatment began and ended. This helps Practitioners understand what approaches were previously taken and how the Patient responded. Reviewing a Patient’s previous treatments helps Practitioners make safer, more informed decisions by building on past care.


  • This user manual will start on the Medical History screen.


  • Click on the Treatment History panel.


  • The Treatment panel will expand.


  • Click on the Add Treatment button.


  • A blank Treatment History Line will be added.


  • Click on the Treatment Description field to enter a short description of the Treatment the Patient was given.


  • Click on the Start Date field to select the date the treatment started from the date picker that becomes available.


  • Click on the End Date field to select the date the treatment ended from the date picker that becomes available.


  • Click on the Place field and enter the facility that was used for the treatment.


  • Click on the Dr Note field to fill in any additional information the Practitioner made that is relevant to the treatment.


  • Click on the Remove button to remove a treatment.


  • Click on the Save button to save all your changes made on the Treatment History panel.
