Why Use This Function:

The function of this feature creates efficiency and saves time and allows for signature consistency in all documents that requires a signature. For safety and security purposes, signatures can only be accessed and used by the use of a pin.

The Contents of This User Manual:

• How to Add a Doctors Signature
• How to Set up a Doctors Signature

• This user manual will start on the Diary screen.

• Click on the desired booking.

• The Diary Sidebar will open.

• Click on the Clinical button.

• The Clinical screen will open.

• Click on the Forms Library drop-down menu.

• The Forms Library drop-down menu will open.

💡Please Note: If the user chooses the function from the Library, it will be a duplicate function.

•  Click on the Sick Note form in the dropdown menu.

💡Please Note: That all open Clinical Forms for the selected Patient will appear in the Active Forms section. A Practitioners signature is not required for every Clinical Form and will only be needed for documents that require verification.

How to Add a Doctors Signature

Adds and saves the Practitioners digital signature so it can be applied to clinical notes, prescriptions, and other documents that require verification.

•  Click on the Doctor Signature button.

• The Signature Capture screen will open.

💡Please Note: If the Practitioners PIN number has been set up, it can be entered in the Enter Your PIN text box. If the PIN and signature have not been set up, they must be added manually each time and the button will not be visible.

•  Click on the Load User Signature button to upload the Practitioner's signature
  

•  An attention pop-up will appear asking the user for a practitioner's PIN.

💡Please note: If the Load User Signature button has not been set up, it must be added manually.

• The signature will now appear on the document in place of the plus icon. 

• If the setup has been completed, the practitioners PIN can simply be entered in the Enter Your PIN field.
