Change type of Appointment
There are different types of Appointments. The types can be set up or the default can be used.
The type will indicate what kind of booking this is, for example, Consultation or Follow-Up.
The type can assist in planning the Diary and treatment more effectively.
These types can be used to draw reports and filter information.
- Log in to the GoodX WebApp using your GoodX username and password.
- The Main Diary screen will open.
- Double Click on the appointment of which the booking type should change.

- The Add/Edit Booking screen will open.
- In the Type section, Click on the drop-down menu to select a new booking type.
- Click on the preferred Booking Type that the booking should be changed to.
- Click on the Close button, to close the screen without saving.
- An Attention pop up will appear to advise that there may be unsaved changes, do you want to exit anyway.
- Click on the Ok button to exit.
- Click on the Cancel button to go back and save the changes.
- Click on the Save button, when done and satisfied with the changes that have been made, to save.
- The Booking Type will change on the diary in accordance with the changes that have been made.
