Diary Administration to Communication (Web App)

The appointment type Insurance examination: Walk-In is used to create an insurance examination on an existing patient with an electronic file at the practice but does not have an appointment and walks-in to the practice asking for assistance. The insurance booking allows you to add the insurance form reference number and necessary information the company needs for their documentation.

An insurance examination is an examination that the Insurance companies require when a person applies for life insurance or any company that needs a physical examination on the person's body. 

• Log in to the GoodX Web App with your username and password
• From the Diary, in the top right corner, click on the New Booking button

• Or double click on the correct timeslot

• The Add/Edit Booking screen will appear

• From the Type drop-down, click Insurance examination: walk-in, depending on your practice setup

• Complete the booking information 

• Complete the following information, click on the Book New Patient user manual for an example.
• Search for the correct debtor in the Debtor search panel
• Click once on the correct debtor
  
• When you are done, click on the Save button

• The New booking will appear on the Diary
