Diary Administration to Communication (Web App)

Multi-day Diary assists the Practice to see bookings and available timeslots a week in advance.

• Log in to the GoodX WebApp using your GoodX username and password.
• The Diary screen will open.

• Click on the Diary Types drop-down menu on the Diary screen to view multiple views.
  

• Select the Multi-Day View option on the drop-down menu.

• The Multi-Day view will display on the screen.
  

Please Note: The Current Timeline will display across all diaries if set up. To set up if the current time will display on the diary and change the Current Time Line Colour, please refer to: General Settings.

• The User can change the Number of days the user would like to use.

• The blue line shows the time and where in the diary the user is at the moment.
