Diary Administration to Communication (Web App)

When the user needs to see more than one doctor's diary at the same time.  This can be viewed in the Multi Diary options. The Multi Diary view can be used to organise multiple doctor's diaries and easily move appointments between doctors when one doctor is fully booked, or when a cancellation must be made. The Multi Diary view is useful when a practice only has one receptionist but multiple doctors on its staff. 

• Log in to the GoodX WebApp using your GoodX username and password.
• The Diary screen will open.

• Click on the Diary Types button on the Diary screen to view multiple diaries.
  

• Select the Multi Diary View option on the drop-down menu.

• The Multi Diary view will display on the screen.
• The view will be a compacted view, where the user will only be able to see minimal information until they click on the booking to view the details.
• Best practice recommendation is not to have more than 5 diaries on the Multi Diary view. 

Please Note: The Current timeline will display across all diaries if set up. To set up the Current timeline and to change its colour please refer to the user manual: General Settings.

• Click on the Show Settings button to select which diaries will display on the multi diary view.

• The Show Settings will expand. 

• Not Visible: The diaries that will be hidden on the Multi Diary View. 
• Visible: The diaries that will show on the Multi Diary View.

• Click on the diary names to move the diaries to the desired visibility (Not Visible and Visible), the diary will move to the opposite side of where it currently is. If the diary is on the Visible list it will move to Not Visible and when the diary is on the Visible list it will move to the Not Visible list.
• These changes will automatically apply to the diary.

• Click on the diary names again to move them back to where they originally were.

• Click on the Hide Settings button to close the settings.

• There will be some indicator icons available on the booking as in the single diary view. 
• Hover over the icon to view the information of that specific indicator icon. 

• It is now possible to View and Manage Multiple Doctors' Diaries from this screen. 
• Bookings can be dragged and dropped to move the booking to another doctor's diary. 
• The functionality stays the same as in the Diary View.

• Click on any booking to access the sidebar just as in the single diary view.

• Click on the Diary Types drop-down menu on the Diary screen to return to the single diary view.

• Click on Diary to change the view back to a single diary view. For an overview of the diary screen please refer to the user manual: Diary Overview
