Diary Timeslot History
Viewing a Diary booking's timeslot history ensures transparency and accountability by tracking who made changes, when, and why. It helps resolve disputes, identify errors, and improve workflows by highlighting scheduling patterns or inefficiencies. Additionally, it supports legal compliance, enhances communication, and fosters trust by maintaining a clear record of adjustments.
- The Diary Timeslot History can be found on the Diary screen.
- Hover over the time on a desired timeslot to access the View Timeslot History button.
- Click on the View Timeslot History button.
- The Diary Timeslot History for this specific time will open.
- All changes that have been made to the timeslot will be available to be viewed.

- The information will be divided into columns:
- Date & Time: A date and time stamp that indicates when changes were made to the timeslot.
- Action: What happened on the timeslot for example :
- Insert: The first time a booking was added to a specific timeslot.
- Updated: Any changes that have been made to the booking.
- User: The person who has a login name and user details to open GoodX. The user will display here; whoever made the changes and was logged in at that specific time.
- Time: The timeslot on the Diary where the changes took place.
- Debtor: The person responsible for the account.
- Patient: The Patient's details that were booked for this appointment on this timeslot.
- Deleted: If this field displays as True - the appointment was deleted. If it's false - the appointment is still booked.
- Tick the checkbox next to Show only diffs to display only the differences that were made on that booking and not all the details.

- Click on Close to return to the main Diary screen.
