Display Options
Display Options allows the user to change the display of the Diary to suit their personal preferences. Changing the display can assist the user to easily navigate to what they would like to have shown on the diary. It is possible to only view the active bookings, which assists with making the diary look less cluttered. The user will also be able to show, hide and manage tasks as well as view all the bookings on the diary. Bookings that have been deleted can also easily be viewed.
- The contents of this User Manual will explain the five types of Display Options available:
- Show All Bookings
- Show Active Bookings
- Show Tasks
- Show Closed Tasks
- Hide Closed Tasks
- Log in to the GoodX WebApp with your GoodX username and password.
- The Diary screen will open.
- Click on the Display Options drop-down menu on the top left of the Diary screen. This function enables the display of specific bookings and tasks as per the user's preferences.
Show All Bookings
Displays all the bookings on the Diary that is booked for this particular day. Bookings that were cancelled/deleted will also be displayed.
- All Bookings (Booked, Arrived, Ready, Treated, Done, Cancelled/Deleted) on the Diary will be displayed as per the example below when the Show All Bookings display option is selected.
Please Note: Once the Show All Bookings option has been selected, the option will change to blue and the name will become Show Active Bookings as seen in the Show Active Bookings section.
Show Active Bookings
Displays the Active Bookings on the Diary that is booked for this particular day. Bookings that were cancelled/deleted will not be displayed.
- Active Bookings (Booked, Arrived, Ready, Treated, Done) on the Diary will be displayed as per the example below when the Show Active Bookings display option is selected.
Please Note: Once the Show Active Bookings option has been selected, the option will change back to grey and the name will become Show All Bookings as seen in the Show All Bookings section.
Show Tasks
Displays the Active Bookings on the Diary and the Tasks that were set and booked for this particular day.
- Tasks (Pathology, Note, Script etc.) on the Diary will be displayed as per the example below when the Show Tasks display option is selected.
Please Note: Once the Show Tasks option has been selected, the option will change to blue and the name will become Hide Tasks.
Show Closed Tasks
Displays the Active Bookings as well as the open and closed Tasks on the Diary.
- Closed Tasks that were Completed (Pathology, Note, Script etc.) on the Diary will now be displayed as seen in the example below when the Show Closed Tasks display option is selected.
Please Note: Once the Show Closed Tasks option has been selected, the option will change to blue and the name will become Hide Closed Tasks as seen in the Show Active Bookings section.
Hide Closed Tasks
Will only display the Active Bookings and open Tasks on the Diary. The Closed Tasks that was set for this particular day will not be displayed anymore.
- Closed Tasks that were Completed (Pathology, Note, Script etc.) on the Diary will not be displayed as seen in the example below when the Hide Closed Tasks display option is selected.
Please Note: Once the Hide Closed Tasks option has been selected, the option will change back to grey and the name will become Show Closed Tasks as seen in the Show Closed Tasks section.
