Clinical Form Settings - User Entity Settings
Why Use This Function:
The Clinical Form Settings panel allows users to activate the use of Script and EMR forms within the Clinical workflow. By selecting the available checkboxes, each user can ensure these forms are enabled for their profile, making it easier to access and complete relevant clinical documentation during consultations.

- For more information on how to navigate to the Settings screen, please refer to the user manual: How to Navigate the Settings screen.
- Click on the User Entity Settings tab.
- The User Entity Settings screen will open.
- Click on the Clinical Form Settings panel.
- The Clinical Form Settings panel will expand.
💡Please Note: For more options to appear in this panel, EMR needs to be activated on the User Entity Settings tab, Easy Events panel.
Script Settings
Script Settings allow customisation of the scripting process, making it easier to manage medication, include consumables, view script history, and ensure that scripts are only created with the necessary diagnosis for safe and accurate prescribing.- Tick the Activate checkbox on the Override Entity Script Settings for more checkboxes to become available.
- Override Entity Script Settings: Ticking this option will enable the user to override the entity settings for scripting.
- Manual Override: This setting disables the automatic search for medication on the script, allowing the user to manually enter the items that need to be added to the script.
- Expanded: This setting will automatically expand all the lines on the script.
- Include Consumables: Ticking this option will always include consumables as well as a medicine when searching for items on the script.
- Inline History: Ticking this setting will add the script history of the patient at the bottom of the script screen for easy reference.
- Block if No Diagnosis: This option will prevent the Doctor from doing a script on the system if no diagnosis (ICD-10 code) is completed.
EMR Settings
This feature enables you to sign the EMR form when needed. This feature is only available at certain Practices.- Tick the Clinical Associate on EMR to activate the EMR form to be signed.
