Why Use This Function:

Disabling the QR Code will result in the QR Code not displaying on documents such as Scripts, Invoices and Reports. A QR Code is made up of a series of black squares and dots that represent various kinds of data. When the QR Code is scanned, the user scanning the QR Code will be directed to a secure site. 

• This user manual will start with a Statement with an enabled QR Code.

• Click on the Settings button.

• The Settings screen will open.

• For more information regarding the Settings screen, please refer to the user manual: How to Navigate the Settings Screen.

• Click on the Entity Settings tab.

• The Entity Settings screen will open.

• Click on the Entity Settings panel.

• The Entity Settings panel will expand.

• Go to Enable QR Code on Statements.

• Click on the Enable QR Codes on Statement check box to disable QR Codes on statements.

• Thge QR Code will be Disabled.
