Profile Setup Tab: Navigation and Use
Why Use This Function:
The Profile Setup tab is essential for customising Patient profiles to suit the specific needs of the Practice. It allows the Practice to set up Report Files, Debtor Statements, and the Patient Dashboard, ensuring that important documents are well-organised and easily accessible. By structuring documents efficiently, the Practice can quickly retrieve critical information, improving workflow and Patient management. Proper setup enhances accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that essential reports and statements are available when needed.

Debtor Statement Profiles
A Debtor Statement Profile List gives you access to create customised Profiles for Debtor Statements. Setting up Debtor Statement profiles allows you to create custom templates for each type of Statement using the criteria as set up.- Click on the Debtor Statement Profile tab.
- The Debtor Statement Profile screen will open.

Report Profiles
The purpose of the Reports is for the Practitioner to generate a Report for bookkeeping purposes. A Report is a document that presents information in an organised format for a specific audience and purpose.- Click on the Report Profiles tab.

Patient Dashboard Profile List
The Patient Dashboard Profile List helps organise a Patient’s medical documents into separate profiles based on the Practice’s preferences, such as prescriptions and X-rays. This improves accessibility and streamlines record management.- Click on the Patient Dashboard Profile List tab.
