Login Combinations
Login Combinations serve as extra layers of security and privacy when logging in to the system and when populating a doctor's signature on clinical notes.

Please Note: Before a Login Combination can be set up, the user is required to have more than one Authorisation Factor set up. For more information, please refer to the user manual: Authorisation Factors.

- New buttons will appear that consist of the different authorisation factors, a Save button, and a Delete button.
- The Edit button also turns into an Add button.
- The password authorisation factor is already added as a login combination by default. A login combination must consist of a password and an authorisation factor to increase security.
- Click on an authorisation factors' button to set up a login combination.
- Once an authorisation factor is selected, its button will turn green and move to the left - indicating that the authorisation factor is selected.
- If the incorrect authorisation factor is selected, click on its button again to deselect it. Upon deselection, its button will turn to a light grey as the authorisation factor was before.
- Click on the Save button once the user is satisfied with the login combination.
- An Attention pop-up will open asking the user to enter the user's current password. This is the password that the user uses when logging in to the system.

- Type the current password used to log in to the Web App in the text field.
- Click on the Cancel button to exit the Attention pop-up without saving any changes.
- Click on the Ok button to continue.
- The login combination is then saved and the selected authorisation factors will display as a light green colour, indicating that the authorisation factors are saved as a login combination.
- Click on the Close button to exit the Settings screen and to return to the Diary screen.
Please Note: Although the user has clicked on the Close button, the saved login combination will remain.
- Click on the Save button to save the changes that have been made and to return to the Diary screen.
