Workflow Event Template Set Up: SMS
Why Use This Function:
SMS Workflow Event Templates are pre-configured messages that you are able to send to Debtors and Patients. These templates are designed to streamline repetitive tasks, such as sending appointment reminders, payment notifications, follow-ups, or health-related alerts, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.
By standardising messages through SMS Workflow Event Templates, the Practice ensures that communication is consistent, professional, and compliant with operational and legal requirements.
💡Please Note: These templates are set up per Entity, allowing each Practice to tailor messages to its specific operational processes, Patient engagement needs, and workflow requirements.

Customising SMS templates allows the Practice to match its own tone and branding, creating a professional and consistent communication experience while reducing administrative workload. For Patients, customised SMS messages provide clear and timely information, helping them feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout their interaction with the Practice.
