Day Setup
Diary Settings are set per Diary to customize the program to the specific needs of the Practitioner in their Practice.
If a Practice has multiple Diaries, every diary and the diary settings need to be set up for that specific Practitioners needs.
Day Setup: The purpose of the Day Setup is to set up the days and time slots that the practitioner is available to treat patients, for meetings, seminars, private appointments, hospital rounds, just to name a few. The setup will indicate when the practitioners day starts and when the day ends.
To access the Settings:
- From the Diary screen, click on the Settings button in the top right corner.
- Click on Diary Settings.
- Click on the Day Setup Panel.
- Day: The days of the week. Monday to Sunday.
- Start Time: The start time must be set to the time the practitioner starts working. This will be the time the practitioner's day start.
- End Time: The end time must be set to the time the practitioner stops working. This will be the time that the practitioner's day will end
- Default Duration: This is the duration of the timeslot intervals. You can set the default to different intervals on different days too.
TAKE NOTE: Please ensure the Online Day Setup in the GrandCentral Settings is still correct after adjusting the Day Setup.
- Click on Save to save the new Settings.
- Click on Close to exit the Settings screen without saving.
