Task Settings


Task settings are used to customise the options that are available for tasks. A Task is an assignment that is allocated to a specific person, who will need to perform certain actions in order to get a specific job done. Tasks are added to Task lists to prioritise their urgency and to make workflow more efficient. Tasks can be created for users by themselves or tasks can be created for other users to perform.

Please Note: After the settings have been set up, users are able to create tasks. For more information regarding how to create a task and how the task screen works please refer to the user manuals: Create A New Task and Task Lists Screen Overview

  • Log in to the GoodX Web App with your GoodX username and password.
  • The Diary screen will open.


  • Click the Settings button in the top right corner.


  • Click on the User Entity Settings Tab.


  • Click on the Task settings panel to expand the settings.


  • Click the select user drop-down arrow to select the user.


  • Click on the desired user and press the add button.


  • Once you selected the user it will go to the favourite_users field.


Please Note: The user is able to select multiple favourite users.

  • Click on the Red Delete button to take away a user.


  • Click on the Close button to exit the Settings screen.


Please Note: A pop-up will appear if the user clicks on the close button without saving.


  • Click the OK button to return to the Diary screen without saving.


  • Click the Cancel button to return to the Settings screen.


  • Click the Save button to save the settings and return to the diary screen.
