Entity Setup: Navigation and Use
Why Use This Function:
Entity Setup is set per Entity to customise the program to the specific needs of the Practice.

- Treating Practitioner Setup

- This user manual will start on the Settings screen, User Settings tab.

- Click on the Entity Setup tab.

- The Entity Setup tab will open.

- An explanation will be given for the options available in the Entity Setup tab.
Treating Practitioner Setup
Treating Practitioners are the healthcare professionals that Patients are actually consulting with. Whether it's a General Practitioner, Nurse or Hygienist, you can add and manage multiple Treating Practitioners in this tab to ensure the right provider is connected to each service.
- Click on the Treating Practitioner Setup panel.
- The Treating Practitioner Setup panel will expand.

Assistant Setup
Assistants are there to support treating Practitioners, whether during procedures in the Practice or in the theatre. Assistants can conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive healthcare, assist in surgery and also write prescriptions depending on their qualifications. Adding them to the setup helps ensure accurate roles are assigned during scheduling and record-keeping, especially for modifier codes.
- Click on the Assistant Setup panel.
- The Assistant Setup panel will expand.

User Setup
Every User will have their own unique login details associated with their profile on GoodX Web App. These login credentials are used to gain access to the system and authenticate the User's identity. The Practice sets up individual Users to facilitate the audit trail process, as every action or transaction performed by a User is linked to their specific username.
- Click on the User Setup panel.
- The User Setup panel will expand.

Services
You can configure and test features such as SMS and email communication, and enable key functionalities including Invoicing, claims, payments, and communication preferences like VoIP or fax.
