DEBTOR IMPORT FROM MYGC:

- From the Diary screen:
- Select the time slot that you wish to book the Appointment
- Double click to open the booking screen
- Click on Import Debtor
- Select from the drop-down - Grand Central Members
- The response will return from the My Grand Central App with the correct details as saved on your MyGC Profile. Click on Import to import the details
- You can see the Patient details that have now been imported from My Grand Central.
- Save the booking.
- The detail of the appointment will reflect in the selected time slot.
- When clicking on the existing booking that you have just made, you will notice that a side panel will appear on the right side of the screen. NOTE that not all information reflects yet as you have not added this patient as a Debtor on the system. Only the Name and Surname and profile picture as seen on MyGC can be seen on the booking.
- Please refer to the article named Create New Non-Medical Aid Debtor for information on how to ADD the Debtor on the system.
- Notice that the MyGC button on the Sidebar is still blue as the Patient is not saved as a Debtor on the system
- Once you've clicked on Debtor Add button and saved the Debtor on the System, the MyGC button on the Sidebar will turn green
- If the Patient is already a user on MyGC and you do the Import, you can ask them to confirm their details on the Kiosk.
- Click on the drop up button next to the MyGC button. Click on "Confirm Details at Kiosk"
- A pop up will appear asking you to select the Kiosk. Select the Dr's Kiosk from the drop-down if there's more than one Practitioner in the Practice using the Kiosk/MyGC
- Click on OK
TAKE NOTE: The Patients details will then be displayed on the Kiosk on the MyGC App. The Patient will confirm their details on the Kiosk and wait for the Dr to see them.
