Medical History Screen: Occupation: Navigation and Use

Occupational history allows the Patient to record their current employment and will include additional space for any necessary notes such as previous employment history, or any important information regarding current employment status.

  • This user manual will start on the Medical History screen, General tab.



    • The Occupation screen will open.


  • Click/Tap on the Occupation text field to enter the relevant information.


  • Click/Tap on the Note text field to enter the relevant information.


  • Click/Tap on the Save Occupation button to save any changes made.


    • Notification will appear indicating that the Occupation was saved successfully.
