myGrandCentral: the Patient Portal

• If the Patient is already a user on MyGC and you do the Import, you can ask them to confirm their details on the Kiosk. 
• Click on the drop up button next to the MyGC button. Click on "Confirm Details at Kiosk"

• A pop up will appear asking you to select the Kiosk. Select the Dr's Kiosk from the drop-down if there's more than one Practitioner in the Practice using the Kiosk/MyGC
• Click on OK

TAKE NOTE: The Patients details will then be displayed on the Kiosk on the MyGC App. The Patient will confirm their details on the Kiosk and wait for the Dr to see them.

Send Consent Form:

• If the Dr has a specific Consent Form that he wants the Patients to complete regarding Payments etc, you can click on the button to send the Consent Form to the Kiosk for the Patient to read through, complete and sign.  (The Practice can give this details through to GoodX and your FCL will set it up for you).

• A pop up will appear asking you to select the Template, Contact Method and Kiosk. Select the options accordingly from the dropdown if there's more than one option
  
• Click on OK
