Kiosk: Settings
Why Use This Function:
The Kiosk Settings screen serves as a central hub, allowing you to easily configure and fine-tune the camera and facial recognition preferences for your Kiosk Device. This intuitive setup area helps you ensure the device works exactly as you need it to, whether that means streamlining check-in or even questionnaire and consent form processes, maintaining accurate attendance records, or enhancing security verification. By tailoring these settings, you can optimise both efficiency and reliability, creating a smoother, more secure experience for everyone who interacts with your Kiosk.- This user manual will start on the Kiosk Welcome screen.
- Click on the Kiosk Name.
- The Kiosk Settings screen will open.
💡Please Note: If you set up the Kiosk for the first time, the Kiosk Settings screen will appear by default.
- Click on the Name field to enter a name for your Kiosk.
- Click on the Front Camera drop-down menu.
- Select the correct front-facing camera from the list.
- Click on the Flip Front Camera X Axis checkbox if the front camera feed appears mirrored and you want to correct it.
- Click on the Back Camera drop-down menu.
- Select the correct Rear-Facing camera if your Kiosk uses two cameras.
- Click on the Flip Back Camera X Axis checkbox. Check this box only if the back camera image appears mirrored and needs correction.

- Click on the Enable Facial Recognition box to activate automatic identity detection.
