Manager - Group User Linking

Purpose: To link a User to a specific Group to give them access to the features that are linked to that Group.

The following will be explained:

  • Add a New Group User Linking
  • Search for a Group User Linking
  • Edit a Group User Link
  • View a Group User Linking Information

Add a New Group User Linking

  • Click on Manager in the sidebar.
  • Click on Group User Linking:

  • Click on the add icon


The Group add record will open


  • Select the QUser and link them to a QGroup to give them access to that Group Features. 
  • After all the information was captured, Click on Submit to save.
  • Click on Cancel to cancel the new group record and not save. All information that was completed will be lost.

The Group User Linking will be added to the list of Groups.



Search for a Group Link

  • To search for a group link in the list, click on the Search bar


  • Start typing in the group name to search for the correct group

Edit a Group User Linking Setup

  • To edit an existing group user setup, Click on the correct group user that must be edited


  • Click on the edit icon


The Edit Record screen will open, the information can be changed. Click on Submit after the information was changed and correct.



View a Group User information

  • Click on the view icon:


  • The view record screen will open


  • Click on the close button on the top right-hand corner to exit.
