Warehouse Manager - Box Items

Purpose: This will be used for certain procedures that use a full 'kit'/box of stock items. If not all the box items get used, it will go back into the stock system as single items. 

Add a New Box Item

  • Click on Warehouse Manager


  • Click on Link New Item


  • Box: Select the group that you want to link the box to
  • Box Qty: 
  • Box Item:
  • Box Item Qty:


  • After all the information was captured, Click on Save to save.
  • Click on Cancel to cancel the new record and not save. All information that was completed will be lost.

The Item will be added to the list of the Box Items.

Search for a Box Item

  • To search for an item in the list, click on the Search bar


  • Start typing in the Item name to search for the correct item

Edit a Box Item

  • To edit an existing item, Click on the correct item that must be edited


  • Click on the edit icon


The Edit Record screen will open, the information can be changed. Click on Submit after the information was changed and correct.
