Inventory Management System

Purpose: When a Batch item information (Lot number or Expiry date) has been captured incorrectly, the Lot number and /or expiry date can be edited and corrected. You will need the Barcode.

To edit the information of the Batch Item:

• Click on Laboratory/Depot
• Click on Batch Track Edit

The Batch Track List will open with all the items that were captured with a lot number and/or expiry date

• Scan or Type the Barcode into the search field as per the Batch barcode that was printed on the barcode sticker

• Click on the correct item
• Click on the Edit icon

The Edit Record screen will open

• Change the Expiry date or Lot Number to the correct information 
• Click on the Submit button to save the changes

• Click on the Cancel button to cancel the changes
