Reagents In-Use - Sites Usage Reasons

Purpose: This function will be used to set up Usage Reasons per site. A usage reason is used to explain how the stock is used which will reduce the amount of stock for the specific site.

Add a New Site Usage Reason

  • Click on Reagents In-Use
  • Click on Sites Usage Reasons:


  • Click on the add icon


The Usage Reason add record will open


  • Complete all the information:
    • Site - The site is a location where the stock is being used
    • Journal Action - The journal action is a reason that is pre-setup to show that there is an adjustment made on the system to reduce your stock
    • Usage name - Name of the 'usage' of how you will use the stock
    • Usage description - Description of what you are doing with the stock
  • After all the information was captured, Click on Submit to save.
  • Click on Cancel to cancel the new site usage record and not save. All information that was completed will be lost.

The Site usage reason will be added to the list of Reasons.


Search for a Site Usage Reason

  • To search for a Usage Reason in the list, click on the Search bar


  • Start typing in the site name to search for the correct usage reason

Edit a Site Usage Reason

  • To edit an existing usage reason, Click on the correct site usage reason that must be edited


  • Click on the edit icon


The Edit Record screen will open, the information can be changed. Click on Submit after the information was changed and correct.


View a Site Usage Reason information

  • Click on the view icon:


The View Record screen will open with all the sites usage reason information


  • Click on the close button on the top right-hand corner to exit.
