Inventory Management System

Purpose: Stock reduction is used to write off expired stock.

Add a New Stock Reduction

• Click on Supervisor Functions in the sidebar.
• Click on Stock Reduction:

• Enter or scan the Barcode in the Barcode field.
• Type in the quantity of the stock that expired that you want to reduce.
• Click on Reduce Stock button.

• The following will display when the reductions were successful.

• Click on OK to close the screen. 

TAKE NOTE: The stock will now be reduced on the Stock Movement Summary Report.
