Warehouse Manager - Add Contract
Purpose: To add all the equipment that is used on-site supplier and service contracts on the system, to link them to the Serviceable.
Add a New Contract
- Click on Warehouse Manager
- Click on Add Contract:
- Click on Upload Files
- Click on Choose Files to select the *PDF format Contract
- Click on Upload Files
- The Contract will be uploaded
- Complete all the information:
- File Description - This is the description of the Contract that is uploaded from your computer
- Supplier - Select the correct Supplier that is part of the supplier list on your system
- Start Date - Select the start date of the Contract. The date when the contract is active.
- Expiry Date - Select the expiry date of the Contract. When the contract will expire.
- Click on Add Contract when details are completed
The Contract will be added to the List of Contracts.
- Click on OK to close the screen
