Inventory Management System

Purpose: When a barcode failed to print or the information on the barcode for example: Lot number/Expiry date is incorrect. The information can be corrected and the correct barcode stickers can be printed. When more barcode stickers are required, it can be printed using this function.

To print/reprint the Barcode sticker:

• Click on Laboratory/Depot
• Click on Reprint Barcodes

The Reprint Barcodes screen will open

• Search for the correct item by typing in the description or Scan the Barcode of the item in the search field;

• Click on the correct item
• Click on the Barcode icon

• Type in the quantity that must be printed

• Click on the Print button

A new tab will open with the barcodes as a PDF, click on the print button to print.

• Click on the close button in the top right hand corner to exit.
