Submit EDI
To send your claim electronically to the medical aids you have to Submit EDI's.
The case can only be submitted to the medical aid via EDI after the case has been finalized.

- Open the Case Management Screen and search for the case.
- Choose the case by clicking on the case and click Submit EDI.
This will open the Send your claim via GoodXSwitch pop-up:
- Send now: Send your claim through to the medical aid & view the response later.
- Send & Wait: Send your claim through to the medical aid and wait for the response. This gives you instant feedback and you can react to any EDI submission issues much quicker.
- Send Later: Manually resubmit the claim (send it in a batch).
- Cancel: Do not send the claim to the medical aid.
