Why Use This Function:

The Login Via Secure Message user manual explains how to safely access secure communication sent by a Practitioner. Following the steps ensures that Debtor and Patient information is viewed only by authorised users, supports privacy and data protection, and allows secure interaction with messages shared through the system. Using secure login also helps maintain accurate communication records between the Practice and the Debtor.


  • This user manual will start on the Secure Message Email screen, sent from the Practitioner.


  • Click on the Login to View Message button.


  • The Secure Message screen will open.


  • Click on the Log In button.


  • The Log In screen will open.

  • Click on the Email/Mobile No./ID No. field to enter the email/mobile number or identification number you used to create your myGC account.


  • Click on the Password field to enter your myGC password for your account.


  • Click on the Login button.

  • Once Logged In, the Secure Message screen will open.
