How to Review a Practitioner
Why Use This Function:
The Review function is used to give honest feedback about your visit with a Practitioner. It gives you a way to speak up about the care you received and helps the Practice understand what they are doing well and where they might need to make changes. By sharing your thoughts, you play an important role in making sure the Practitioner provides the best possible service and a better experience for every Patient who walks through their door.

- This user manual will start on the Reviews button. Click on the Reviews button.

💡Please Note: The Reviews button can be found on multiple screens on myGC.
- The Reviews screen will open.

Anonymous Review
Use this option if you want to give feedback without the Practitioner knowing who you are. This lets you be completely honest about your visit while keeping your identity private.

- Tick the Anonymous slider to review the Practitioner without revealing your identity.

- Click on the Star rating you desire to rate the Practitioner.

- Friendliness: How friendly and polite the Practitioner was to you.
- Promptness: Whether the Practitioner saw you on time or made you wait.
- Communication: How well the Practitioner explained things, and if they listened to your questions.
- Overall Service: How happy you were with the whole visit and the help you received.
- Click on the Comment field to enter additional information regarding your rating.

- Click on the Submit button to submit your anonymous review.

Onymous Review
Use this option to leave a review with your name attached. This is helpful if you want the Practitioner to know who gave the feedback or if you would like them to contact you to talk more about your visit.

- Untick the Be Anonymous slider.

- Click on the First Name field to enter your name.

- Click on the Surname field to enter your surname.

- Click on the Star rating you desire to rate the Practitioner.

- Friendliness: How friendly and polite the Practitioner was to you.
- Promptness: Whether the Practitioner saw you on time or made you wait.
- Communication: How well the Practitioner explained things, and if they listened to your questions.
- Overall Service: How happy you were with the whole visit and the help you received.
- Click on the Comment field to enter additional information regarding your rating.

- Select Yes or No on the field stating if the Practitioner may contact you to hear more about your feedback above.

💡Please Note: If No is selected, the following fields will not be available.
- Select Email or Phone to select your preferred contact method.

- Click on the Email field to enter your email.

- Click on the Phone field to enter your cell phone number.

- Click on the Submit button to submit your review.
