GoodX Cloud in Focus
GoodX Cloud has the following advantages for clients:
- GoodX makes backups every night between 22:00 and 3:00, so clients do not have to implement their own backup regime to make sure that their data is secure. GoodX finds that most clients do not have proper backup systems in place, which creates huge data security risks in cases of theft, fire, viruses etc.
- Clients have easy access from anywhere in the world to their GoodX programs and users do not have to be near their offices in order to be able to work on their systems.
- Clients's GoodX software is always updated to the latest versions.
- Clients who are Medprax clients always have automated updates of their Medprax files.
- The cost of accessing our cloud is very low in comparison to the cost of obtaining and maintaining own servers.
- Support is easier on the cloud due to the following reasons:
- No Team Viewer access is needed for support personnel to be able to give support.
- Support personnel have easy access after hours if urgent support is needed.
TAKE URGENT NOTE:
- Cloud clients must have good internet connectivity to be able to use the cloud.
- Backups are done between 22:00 and 3:00 in the morning, so clients cannot work on the cloud between those times. IF THE PRACTICE WORKS BETWEEN THOSE HOURS, THE CLOUD IS NOT AN OPTION.
CLOUD SECURITY MEASURES:
There are 3 basic authentication layers between you as the Client, and the Patient data:
- Between the Client and the Cloud connection, you need authentication for entry.
- Between the Client and the GoodX Program, you need authentication with the different Passwords per User.
- Between the GoodX program, and the Database, you need Authentication.
