Program Specifications for using GoodX Web:

• To use GoodX Web, you have to install either Google Chrome or Safari as your Internet browser.
• Please make sure your version of Google Chrome is newer than version 50.
• To check for the version, open Google Chrome, click on the ellipse on the right-hand side, click on help and click on About google chrome.
• If you are using a tablet, it is preferable that you use a 10 inch or bigger tablet and that it is an Android or Ipad.

How to log into GoodX Web:

• Open your Internet browser.
• Go to the GoodX Web link that you want to login to. You can save the URL as a bookmark or favourite to make future navigation easy and quick.
• Type in the Username and Password provided by GoodX. 
• Please note that each user should have their own username and password as logs are kept for auditing purposes.
• Type your Password into the Password field.
• Click on the Login button.
• You are now Logged into GoodX Web.
• Click on the Logout button in the top right corner to Log out of GoodX Web.
• Click on the OK button to Logout, you will be automatically logged out after 10 seconds if you don't click on the cancel or OK button.
