GoodX Web 1.20 Updates

Version 1.20 brings a range of new and improved features to GoodX, making everyday tasks simpler and giving you more flexibility in the way you work. From finding and managing information more easily to reducing repetitive data entry and improving how you manage tasks, reports, and practice settings, these changes are designed to make your day-to-day experience in GoodX smoother and more efficient.

• Reorganised Configuration: Related practice setup options have been grouped together. For details, see Configuration Segment.
• Custom Instant Messaging Groups: Create Instant Messaging groups structured around your team's needs. For details, see How to Send and Receive Instant Messages.
• Online Presence Moved: Online Presence settings have been moved into the Configuration segment. For details, see Configuration Segment.
  
  

• Custom Patient Dashboard Profiles: Create distinct dashboard profiles for different patient or case types so the displayed information is tailored to how you work. For details, see How to Set Up Patient Dashboard Profiles (Configuration).
• AI Image Extractor: Upload an image containing relevant patient or debtor information. GoodX extracts the details and helps populate the corresponding fields. For details, see How to Import Debtors by Using Extraction AI and AI Document Extraction.
• Resources in About: A new Resources tab shows the GoodX apps available to you and indicates whether each app is intended for desktop or mobile use. For details, see About Page Navigation.
• Mobile App QR Codes: QR codes are available for mobile apps, allowing them to be opened on a phone or tablet by scanning the code. For details, see About Page Navigation.
  
  

• Reorganised Debtor Edit: The Debtor Edit screen has been reorganised into clearer sections. For details, see Debtor Edit Screen Navigation.
• Patient List: A dedicated Patient List screen provides a focused interface for searching and working with patient information. For details, see Patient List Navigation.
• Debtor List: A dedicated Debtor List screen provides a focused way to search and work with debtor information. For details, see Debtor List Navigation.
• Improved Filtering: List screens include improved filtering options to narrow results. For details, see Screen Column Action Buttons Navigation.
• Communication from Lists: Communication with patients or debtors can be initiated directly from supported list screens.
• Advanced Reports from Lists: Supported list screens can be converted into Advanced Reports, where you can sort, categorise, and organise information. For details, see Report App Navigation.
• Multi Invoice - Transaction Batches: The Multi-invoice function has been renamed Transaction Batches. A new button on the Debtors screen provides quicker access. For details, see Transaction Batches (Multi Invoice) Navigation.
  
  

• Task List View: Tasks can now be viewed in a List View in addition to the existing Kanban view. For details, see Kanban View Sub Tab Navigation.
• Search & Filter Tasks: The List View includes search and filter options to help locate specific tasks. For details, see Task Lists Screen Navigation.
• Flexible Task Views: Users can switch between the visual Kanban board and the simpler List View.
  
  

• Stock Corrections from a List: Adjust stock items directly from a list for a selected date, financial period, and warehouse. For details, see Stock Adjustment Tab Navigation.
• Bulk Stock Adjustments: Select the required items, apply an adjustment code, and update units, packs, or values as required.
  
  

• New Administration Segment: A completely new Administration module replaces the previous Accounting segment. For details, see Administration Segment.
