grandXchange: Forgot Password
Why Use This Function:
The Forgot Your Password function provides a secure and convenient way to regain access to your account if you can’t remember your password. You can easily reset it using either the Mobile Number or Email Address you used when signing up. This process helps protect your personal information while ensuring that you can quickly and safely restore access to your profile without needing additional support.
- This user manual will start on the grandXchange home screen.

- Click on the Email or Mobile field to enter your preferred login information. For this user manual, we will be using the email address.

- Click on the Forgot Password button to reset your login password.

- The Forgot Password screen will open.

- Click on the Email Address or Mobile Number field and enter your information, depending on which one you used to create your account.

- Click on the Submit button.

- A Forgot Password notification will appear after submitting, stating that an email has been sent to you with a link to reset your password.

- Open your Email to find the reset password email.

💡Please Note: If you used your mobile number to create your account, you will receive an SMS with the reset password link instead of an email.
- Click on the Reset Password link.

- The Reset Password screen will open.

- Click on the Password field to enter your new password.

- Click on the View icon to view your password.

- Your Password will become visible.

- Click on the Reset Password button to reset your password.

- A Reset Password notification will appear stating that your password has been successfully reset, and you may now log in with your new password.

- Click on the Okay button to close the notification pop-up and log in to your granXchange account.
